  25. Isengard Rules for Land Ownership

  27. Section I: Available Property in Isengard.

  29. 1.  Players may purchase property in Isengard for use as (a) character(s) 
  30. storage room, shop, or for private use.  The conditions for purchase and 
  31. the descriptions of each are listed.

  33. a.  storage room:  any player can purchase a storage room; as noted 
  34. the purchase price for characters of higher levels is decreased.  Most 
  35. storage areas are in set locations, new
  36.     character level:  1-3    70,000 g.p.
  37.               4-8    50,000 g.p.
  38.               9-up    40,000 g.p.
  39.  
  40.     this is a single room with one-player access
  41.     purchase price includes one key and one treasure chest
  42.     additional keys and treasure chests may be purchased (see below)

  44. b.  shop:  not all players can purchase a shop; the purchase price for 
  45. characters of higher level is decreased.
  46.     character level:  1-3    cannot be purchased
  47.               4-8    can purchase without randoms or items
  48.               9-up    can purchase with randoms and/or items

  50.     this is a double room unit with an exterior room and a storage room
  51.     the exterior room and storage room allow multi-player access
